Every so often, someone special comes along who makes you want to shout about how amazing they are from the rooftops. And every so often, someone falls so in love with floating that they can't stop telling people about it.
When those two things collide, a Float Ambassador is born.
At oGoFloat, we believe in celebrating the people who pour their hearts into this community: the artists, the athletes, the quiet leaders who show up again and again. Our Float Ambassador program is a way to shine a light on the people showing up for our community, one small act of care at a time.
Lynnea is our very first Float Ambassador. It's our absolute honour to introduce you to this tremendous young floater.
Lynnea's Story
Lynnea's traditional name, pal̓wic̓yaʔ means Butterfly. She first came to oGoFloat when she was 10 years old.
For oGoFloat, this was the first time a kid learned of floating on their own and brought it to their parents, instead of the other way around.
YouTube introduced her to the concept and she was immediately drawn to the idea of quiet weightlessness. At only 10 years old, Lynnea was experiencing back pain. Her pain was a result of numerous chemotherapy treatments received when she was a toddler.
She prevailed, using art and fashion to help her heal and replenish the unique and incredible brightness that radiates from her soul.
Naturally, after Lynnea fell in love with floating, her whole family got into it and continue to float. It's a family outing for relaxation, deeper connection, and mindfulness. Lynnea stole the show in oGoFloat first professional testimonial video [a must watch].
In Spring of 2026, oGoFloat was thrilled to sponsor Lynnea through her candidacy with the Oliver Ambassador Program. She took her love of floating to the next level when she shared her passion speech on the main stage. The journey was an amazing experience that benefited both of us in ways we couldn't have imagined at the start.
Lynnea is pushing through this world with grace, resilience, and a kick ass sense of style.
